Terms & Conditions

At Haus of Portraits, we’re excited to welcome you to our new Santa Fe studio! As part of our Grand Opening celebration, we’re offering a complimentary portrait experience for a limited time.

Please review the following terms before booking your session.

What’s Included

Your complimentary session includes:

A professionally guided portrait session at Haus of Portraits
Use of our luxury studio and amenities
A custom portrait experience with one of our professional photographers
Professional image selection and editing
A private ordering and design consultation
One complimentary professionally printed portrait (typically an 8×10 or 11×14 print)

The regular session fee (typically $200 plus applicable tax) has been waived as part of this promotional offer.

What’s Not Included

The complimentary session does not include:

Digital image files
Every portrait created during your session
High-resolution downloads
Additional prints or wall art
Albums or portrait collections

Digital images, additional artwork, wall portraits, albums, and collections are available for purchase separately.

No Purchase Required

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything.

Following your portrait session, you’ll be invited to view your images and may purchase artwork or digital images if you wish. Many clients do, but purchasing is completely optional.

Why Aren’t Digital Images Included?

Creating beautiful portraits involves much more than taking photographs.

Each session includes professional planning, posing, studio lighting, premium camera equipment, custom editing, software, artistic expertise, and years of professional experience.

Digital images and additional artwork are premium products available separately.

Gifted Portrait

Your complimentary portrait is a professionally printed gift from Haus of Portraits.

It may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, substituted for digital files, or credited toward another purchase.

All images remain the copyrighted property of Haus of Portraits.

Images may not be copied, scanned, photographed from screens, altered, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Missed appointments, repeated cancellations, or excessive rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the complimentary offer.
